Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the gangcuci platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on gangcuci.cam, you agree to be legally bound by the terms set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and gangcuci ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at gangcuci.cam (the "Platform").
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gangcuci Platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery products, and any associated promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users of the gangcuci Platform, including players accessing the site from Malaysia (including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, Bangsar, and all other states and territories).

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:

| "Self-Exclusion" | A voluntary account suspension mechanism allowing a Player to restrict their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period. |
| "Prohibited Activity" | Any action by a Player that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the Platform, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and bonus abuse. |
To register and maintain an active Account on the gangcuci Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not under any legal restriction (court order, guardianship, or otherwise) that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or using gambling services.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the gangcuci Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, multiple identities, or shared devices — constitutes a Prohibited Activity. gangcuci reserves the right to permanently suspend all related accounts and confiscate all associated balances, including real-money funds, upon detection of duplicate accounts.
You must use the Platform exclusively on your own behalf. You may not act as an agent for another person, register on behalf of another individual, or accept deposits or withdrawals on behalf of any third party.
You must not have previously been subject to a self-exclusion order on the gangcuci Platform, or any other platform operated by our partners, that remains in effect at the time of registration. Circumventing an active self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
To register a gangcuci Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. gangcuci reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.
gangcuci operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal, or at any time gangcuci deems it necessary:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. gangcuci will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from a failure to maintain credential security on your part.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify gangcuci's support team immediately via the on-site live chat function.
The gangcuci Platform is made available for personal, recreational gambling use only. You may access and use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws. All use of the Platform is subject to these Terms being accepted in full.
gangcuci endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or outages beyond our reasonable control. gangcuci will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability, provided we take reasonable steps to restore service.
Access to the gangcuci Platform requires a compatible internet-connected device and browser. gangcuci is optimised for modern browsers on iOS and Android mobile devices, as well as desktop browsers. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure their device and software meet the minimum requirements. gangcuci is not responsible for losses arising from technical issues on the Player's device or network.
When using the gangcuci Platform, you agree to behave in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair play. You must not use the Platform in any way that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the experience of other players or the operation of the Platform itself.
gangcuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, 7-Eleven Cliq (cash), USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or converted at the prevailing rate for cryptocurrency transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. For e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay), the minimum deposit is MYR 50. For bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow, the minimum is MYR 100. These limits are subject to change at gangcuci's discretion with notice provided through the Platform.
Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Target processing times are as follows:
These are target processing times and not contractual guarantees. Processing may take longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
gangcuci reserves the right to withold or delay withdrawal processing if: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal does not meet minimum thresholds. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, unless otherwise approved by the compliance team.
Deposits may only be made from payment methods owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Payments from third parties — whether via e-wallet, bank transfer, or any other method — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and refund of deposited funds to the source payment method.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by gangcuci are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion. These Terms constitute the framework within which all promotion-specific terms operate.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses awarded to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the Player must wager the bonus (and in some cases the deposit plus bonus) a specified number of times before any winings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, contribution percentages, minimum odds, and expiry dates are disclosed per promotion. Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
Players may only hold and work through one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a second bonus while another is active may, at gangcuci's discretion, result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
gangcuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus funds at the time of a promotion modification will be treated in accordance with the terms applicable at the time the bonus was claimed, unless the modification is mandated by regulatory requirements.
All bets placed on the gangcuci Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out herein and any sport- or market-specific rules displayed within the Platform. By placing a bet, a Player confirms they have read and accepted the applicable rules for that bet type.
gangcuci reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, bets placed on markets where an error in odds has occurred, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns. A bet is only confirmed when a bet reference number is displayed to the Player.
In the event that odds are published in error — whether due to a system fault, human error, or feed failure — gangcuci reserves the right to void any bets placed at the eroneous odds. Players will be notified and the stake returned to their account. gangcuci is not liable for losses arising from the Player's expectation of winings based on erroneously published odds.
gangcuci offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, MA/UFC, and other international sporting events. Market availability, in-play options, and odds are subject to change. gangcuci does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or event.
Mix Parlay bets combine multiple individual selections into a single bet with a multiplied payout. All legs of a Mix Parlay must win for the bet to pay out. In the event one or more legs of a Mix Parlay is voided, the voided leg(s) are removed and the parlay is recalculated with the remaining legs. Minimum and maximum Mix Parlay leg counts and payout caps are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gangcuci Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

All content on the gangcuci Platform — including but not limited to the gangcuci brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, imagery, sound, and data — is the exclusive property of gangcuci or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational gambling purposes only. This license does not include the right to:
Any unauthorized use of gangcuci's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gangcuci excludes all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit gangcuci's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
gangcuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; (c) suspected or confirmed identity fraud or KYC failure; (d) chargebacks initiated by the Player; (e) regulatory requirement; or (f) any other circumstance where gangcuci reasonably determines that account closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.
A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting gangcuci's support team via on-site live chat. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not yet subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been made for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. gangcuci reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of MYR 50 per calendar month to dormant accounts after this period, subject to prior notification to the Player's registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time.
gangcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed on the Platform upon login, an email notification to your registered address, or a prominent announcement on the homepage of gangcuci.cam.
Your continued use of the gangcuci Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent Effective Date shown at the top of this page is the current binding version. Previous versions are available upon written request to our support team.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gangcuci holds its operating license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall limit gangcuci's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
